At the time of their creation, the Quality and Inspection Regulations for Toughened Safety Glass with Heat-Soak Test (TSG-HF), March 2019 edition, were already based on the draft standard DIN EN 14179-2:2017-12 (prEN 14179-2:2017). However, this draft standard has still not been introduced. Therefore, the provisions of the product standard DIN EN 14179-2:2005-08, which also refers to the old version of Part 1, prEN 14179-1:2001, continue to apply, particularly with regard to calibration. This was clarified by the Quality Committee TSG-HF and recorded in the \u201cDokument Auslegungsfragen ESG-HF\u201d (document on questions of interpretation, only available in German language), together with other questions about the Quality and Inspection Regulations, March 2019 edition for a later revision.
